제목 | Effect of Carbon Felt series Oxidation Treatment Method on the Electrode Performance for all Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries |
초록 | There are many kinds of treatments like acid, heat, electrochemical treatment in order to increase the electrochemical activity degrees at vanadium system redox flow for battery carbon felt. Generally, only one kinds of treatments are chosen. At this research, acid treatment, which is wet, and heat treatment, which is dry, are continuously processed to examine the effects of two treatments on electrode performances. The amount of oxygen functional groups, which increase the electrochemical activity degrees, are verified using XPS(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy). The oxidation and reduction reaction and reversibility are verified by CV(Cyclic voltammetry). The resistances of electrodes are measured by EIS(Electrochemocal Impedance Spectroscopy). And the many efficiencies are compared by charge-recharge experiments. |
