제목 Process and properties of graphene-based composite films on PET substrate
초록 Graphene-based composite film was coated on PET film substrate to enhance the barrier property and thermal conductivity of the film. Graphene was dispersed in the DI water with surfactant and additional polymer with various conditions. Graphene coating solutions were prepared by using sonicatior and high shear mixer. Sonication time and mixing rate were optimized for uniform coating without agglomeration of graphene by characterizing the dispersion in solution with TEM and particle size analyzer. The barrier properties were characterized by measuring water vapor transmission rate(WVTR) and oxygen transmission rate(OTR) and the thermal property was by thermal conductivity.
