제목 Surface Polymerization of PEDOT by Atmospheric Plasma Treatments
초록 The atmospheric plasma technique is being used in a variety of application areas such as coatings, semiconductors, adhesions and biomedicals. In this study, we have polymerized the 3,4-ethlyenedioxythiophene (EDOT), which is one of the conducting polymer, on the poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) surface by using a atmospheric plasma method. The effects of plasma treatments for PEDOT on various conditions were investigated and characterized with contact anglometer, AFM, SEM and ATR-FTIR .
