제목 Diketopyrrolopyrrole-based Copolymers Containing 1,2-bis(5-(thiophen-2-yl)selenophen-2-yl)ethene and their Semiconducting Properties
초록 Among many promising polymer semiconductors, the donor-acceptor (D-A) strategy demonstrated to be an efficient approach, in which conjugated electron rich and electron deficient units are employed to prepare alternating copolymers for optimizing the HOMO and the LUMO energy levels via internal charge transfer. In the study, we designed and synthesized two new low bandgap alternating copolymer containing diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) and 1,2-bis(5-(thiophen-2-yl)selenophen-2-yl)ethane (DTEBSe)-based monomers. Here, a new strong donor of DTEBSe monomer was combined with the DPP-based monomer for elaborating a new D-A alternating conjugated polymer for utilizing it for TFTs. The field effect mobility of P(DPP-alt-DTEBSe)-based TFTs was found to reach 3.0-3.80 cm2 V-1s-1 after annealing the film at 250 °C.
