제목 Visible-NIR Sensitive Polymer Single Nanowire Fabricated with High-mobility Donor–Acceptor Alternating Conjugated Copolymer
초록 We report the synthesis of a diketopyrrolopyrrole based alternating copolymer (i.e., P(DPP-alt-DTT)) which contains perfectly planar dithieno[3,2-b:2',3'-d]thiophene (DTT) unit, showing superior carrier mobilities in thin film transistors and high effectiveness in the fabrication of solution-based NWs. The extent of polymer chain confinement in PNWs was investigated by laser scanning confocal microscopy coupled with photoluminescence spectroscopy (LCM-PL). The electrical properties of PNWs such as specific resistivity (ρ) and photoresponsivity (R) were investigated by measuring the photocurrent under visible (Vis) and near infrared (NIR) lights. These electrical properties were compared for high (HA-PNW) and low (LA-PNW) aspect ratio PNWs produced using two different preparation methods. Finally, a single PNW was used to fabricate a Vis-NIR photodetector device whose electrical performance was fully investigated.
