Graphene transistor for Bio-Sensor |
| 초록 |
Novel graphene-based transistors with bio-molecule active functional groups are prepared and utilized as bio-sensors. The formulation of these graphene bio-sensors and target-specific sensing abilities will be presented in detail. Reversible absorption and desorption of biomolecules on the graphene transistors will be also demonstrated together with their sensing actuation. |
