Unusual Forms of High Performance Wearable/Implantable Electronics based on biomimetics |

Transferrable, bright, and thin micro GaN LEDs and their arrays on flexible substrate utilized in optogenetics as well as insect inspired nanoscale crack based ultrasensitive mechanosensor are presented. All devices have flexible format with unconventional procees. We believe that these unconventional devices could be useful in diverse applications requiring ultrahigh displacement sensitivity in other areas of implantable diagnostics and therapeutics. |
