제목 Synthesis and Photovoltaic Properties of Random Copolymer by Using Double Acceptor for Bulk-heterojunction Solar Cells
초록 Conjugated polymers have the potential for use in nextgeneration organic electronic devices such as renewable, cheap, solution processable solar cells. Low-band-gap polymers for bulk-heterojunction(BHJ) polymer solar cells (PSCs) have been studied intensively with the aim of matching a greater part of the solar spectrum and thus harvesting properties. Benzodithiophene(BDT) unit is attractive due to its compact planar structure that could be beneficial to the electron delocalization and improve mobility into various conjugated polymers. Introducing electron withdrawing group diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP) and thienopyrroledione(TPD) unit is to incorporate chromospheres highly absorbing in visible and near-infrared regions. In this study, we synthesized BDT(DPP-TPD) random copolymer and investigated their PSCs property.
