제목 Synthesis of Au nanocluster decorated Graphene Quantum Dot for Selective Intracellular cysteine Sensing
초록 Au nanocluster surface decorated GQDs (ca. 5.8 nm in diameter) were fabricated by EDC/NHS chemistry. After surface modification, the Au/GQDs exhibited two fluorescence peaks and the emission peaks were changed reversely when Au nanocluster surface-modified GQD nanoparticles detected cysteine. There are no significant fluorescence intensity changes in the experiments treated other amino acids. SK-BR-3 cells were used to confirm sensing capability and showed emission intensity changes. Furthermore, this proposed strategy can offer a rapid, reliable, and selective detection of cysteine with a low detection limit
