제목 CsPbBr3@SiOx Quantum Dot Synthesis under Ambient Condition: Adjust the Quantum Dot Size According to the Silica Volume Ratio
초록 Solar energy, one of the most anticipated things in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, was utilized through solar cells. Perovskite is drawing attention as the next generation material for solar cells that turn light into electricity, but it was utilized through silicon-based solar cells available in the commercial market. We demonstrated room-temperature synthetic procedure under ambient condition. Fabrication of perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) under ambient condition at room temperature could significantly reduce the energy payback time. We investigated the role of precursors for formation of the core-shell structure, CsPbBr3@SiOx. Analysis of experimental data has shown that sizing can be adjusted by silica volume ratio.
