Hydrothermal synthesis of nickel cobalt dichalcogenide as an anode material for high performance lithium batteries |
초록 |
The morphology of the electrode material plays an important role on the enhancement of energy density and power density in lithium ion batteries. Herein, we report the nickel cobalt dichalcogenide is synthesized by hydrothermal technique followed by a calcination process. We systematically investigated the effect of the formation of NiCoSe2 nanocomposite by controlling the ratio of poly ethylene glycol (PEG) as a surfactant during the synthesis process. The structural and phase purity of the materials are characterized by using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscope (HR-TEM) are used to analyze the morphological features of the prepared material. The electrochemical properties of the as-prepared materials are characterized using galvanostatic cycler, cyclic voltammetry, and impedance spectrum analyzer for the lithium ion batteries (LIBs) application. |
