제목 Dual Curing of UV-Curable Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Polyurethane Coatings with Photo-polymeric Acrylic Resins
초록 Polyurethane coatings were synthesized with IPDI(isophorone diisocyanate), PPG(polypropylene glycol), PDMS(polydimethyl siloxane), DMPA(dimethylol propionic acid) and PETA(pentaerythritol triacrylate). Acrylic resin was prepared by photo-polymerization which was a type of radical polymerization on such condition(ambient temperature, photoinitiator). BA(butyl acrylate), MMA(methyl methacrylate), and GMA(glycidyl methacrylate) were used for acrylic resin. Epoxy-carboxyl reaction could be occured both glycidyl groupand carboxyl groupat high temperature. Then, Dual curing of UV-curable polyurethane coating with acrylic resin made IPN(interpenantrating polymer networks) structure.
