Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) has many advantages, such as excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance, good processability and roughness. Polycarbonate (PC) has good dimensional stability, mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal stability. Industrially, ABS/PC blend has been widely used in electronics and automobiles due to good balance of characteristics of these polymers. In this study, ABS/PC/carbon nanotubes (CNTs) nanocomposites were prepared by melt mixing varying the amount of PC and CNTs. To investigate the electrical properties of nanocomposites, electrical conductivities were measured. In addition, morphologies were obtained by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to study the dispersion state of CNTs, and thermal properties were analyzed. |
