In-situ polymerization and dispersion of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) in aqueous solution of sulfonated polyimide |
초록 |
Here we synthesized water soluble sulfonated polyimide (SPI) from the polycondensation reaction of sulfonated oxydianiline (ODADS) and naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (NTDA) and used as template material for in-situ oxidative polymerization and dispersion of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). The in-situ oxidative polymerization of EDOT in aqueous SPI solution was carried out using sodium persulfate and iron sulfate for 24h at room temperature and purified by ion exchange resin. The purified PEDOT:PSS complex was spin coated over glass substrate and the dried PEDOT:SPI film was checked for their sheet resistance, transmittance, and haze. The value of sheet resistance was observed as 107.2 Ω/sq with reasonable transparency of 89.5% and haze of 0.7%. |
