제목 Thermally stable propanethiol–ligand exchanged Ag nanoparticles for efficient perovskite solar cells
초록 Ligand exchanged silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were incorporated into organo-metal halide perovskite solar cell by depositing the NPs-dispersed antisolvent onto the perovskite active layer during the washing process. In order to enhance the particles’ dispersion in the organic solvent, the original capping agent (PVP) was replaced by propanethiol. As a result, the replaced ligands enhanced the Ag NPs’ dispersity in the solvent and enhanced the particles’ thermal stability that reduced the deposited Ag NPs’ aggregation during the perovskite layer’s thermal annealing process. Accordingly, the propanethiol-ligand exchanged Ag NPs facilitated light scattering, which contributed to improved charge generation/transport as shown in optical/electrical analyses. Furthermore, the application of the propanethiol ligand and the incorporation method seems to be an useful approach to enhance chemical stability of the perovskite material against silver.
