Improvement of Electromagnetic Waves Absorption Ratio and Optimum Process Condition of Heat Resistant Polymer Matrix |

A magnetism metal powder has been known to improve electromagnetic wave generation problems through electromagnetic wave absorption effect. The electromagnetic wave interception film with the composite of electromagnetic metal powder and polymer has recently used in various home electronics and electronic equipments. Recently, an environmentally friendly polymer composite has an attention for this application. In this study, a environmentally friendly soft rubber was used for organic/ inorganic composite with the metal powder to examine the optimal process condition with roll press and internal mixer. Obtained polymer metal hybrid composites were then characterized the thermal properties by DMA, TMA, DSC, and TGA and analyzed electromagnetic wave absorption ratio by Network Analyzer. |
