제목 Polymer Electrolytes for Sensitized Solar Cells in the Solid State
초록 Sensitized solar cell is a photoelectrochemical device where only sensitizers absorb photons from solar light to generate electrons for electricity, but not the other major components such as n- and p-type semiconductor materials. Typical examples are dye-, quantum dot (QD), and perovskite-sensitized solar cells. The energy conversion efficiency of sensitized solar cells reaches up to 22% at 1 sun conditions (100 mW/cm2 and 1.5 AM), equivalent to or even higher than the one for crystalline silicon solar cells. In this presentation, recent advances in dye- and QD-sensitized solar cells will be introduced, emphasizing the utility of polymer electrolytes along with new polymeric and metallic sensitizers for sensitized solar cells in the solid state.
