The High Thermal Stability of TiOx interlayer for polymer solar cell |

In the thermal evaporating deposition step of Al electrode, the topologies of Al electrode are greatly affected by the vacuum condition such as low and high level because the defect of Al electrode, which is related to the performance of cell device, are reduced in higher vacuum condition. However, it was possible to make the polymer solar cell having high performance through the insertion of the controlled TiOx interlayers in between active and Al electrode layers because such controlled TiOx interlayers affect the electron transporting and hole blocking characteristics. Also the device with post-annealed process could be possible due to thermal stable TiOx property. |
