Low-dimensional perovskite structures have attracted attention in perovskite light-emitting diodes. As it contains large binding energy excitons. However, poor charge transport between two-dimensional perovskite clusters impedes the light-emitting efficiency, because of long ligand chain. Here, we demonstrate a highly efficient low-dimensional perovskite light-emitting diode by realizing improved charge transport properties, mediated by shortening the tunneling barrier length between lead bromides.
