Perovskite nanocrystals have being recognized as very attractive materials to apply optoelectronic devices because of their unique properties such as high color purity due to narrow full width at half maximum and easy control of band-gap by compositional engineering. However, the perovskite materials have long carrier’s diffusion length and small binding energy so photoluminescent (PL) quantum yield (QY) of bulk perovskite is poor. Therefore, we need to physically confine the generated excitons within the perovskite structure to enhance the PLQY. For this, perovskite nanocrystals and nanoplates have been synthesized until now. Here, we synthesized MA based halide perovskite nanocrystals with controlled shape for new lighting emitters. By controlling the ratio of components and composition, we could synthesized the perovskite lighting emitter with controlled shapes and bandgap. |
