Metal chalcogenides have attracted a great deal of attention as light absorber because of their excellent properties, such as controlling the semiconductor band gap, a high extinction coefficient, and a large intrinsic dipole moment. Among the metal chalcogenides, Sb2S(e)3 are good sensitizer because they have strong absorption coefficient, large dipole moment which enable separate charge easily and suitable band gap for solar cells. However, it is hard to achieve the hgih efficient solar cells because the pure Sb2S(e)3 are difficult to syntehsize conventional methods such as chemical bath deposition or single source precursor. Conventional methods cause the impurity, which degrade the PCE of solar cells. Accordingly, new method which can synthesize pure Sb2S(e)3 is needed. Therefore, we suggest the method to synthesize the pure Sb2S(e)3 by using hydrazine solution. Through this method, we synthesized the highly pure Sb2S(e)3 and adapted these materials for fabricating the solar cells. |
