A Study on the Evaluation of ALD Precursor to improve the efficiency of DSSC with core-shell structure |
| 초록 |
Since the world is facing possibility of fossil fuel exhaustion, study about development of alternative energy has been actively progressed. DSSC cells using ALD formed by core-shell structures were to prevent recombination.Their thermal properties must be such that they do not allow degradation at specific temperatures and their vapor pressures must allow for smooth fluid flow to the chamber. Therefore, it is essential to produce technology that enables the monitoring of thermal properties in evaporated precursor gases and to measure the vapor pressure on a real-time basis. |
