제목 Preparation of TiO2 nanoparticles modified with organic layers as additives of oligomer electrolyte in DSSC
초록 Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC) are of great interest due to their attractive features of low production cost. Recently, DSSC employing quasi-solid state electrolytes have been investigated because of their intrinsic advantages such as long-term stability. However, DSSC with quasi-solid state electrolytes have the bottleneck such as low cell efficiency because of a low ionic conductivity. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the ion mobility to improve the cell efficiency of DSSC with quasi-solid state electrolytes. In this study, we tried to use TiO2 nanoparticles modified with organic layers as additives of oligomer electrolyte in DSSC since they are expected to increase the ion mobility by forming an effective ionic diffusion path. The reaction of TiO2 nanoparticles with organic molecules was investigated and characterized using TGA and FT-IR. The effect of these TiO2 nanoparticles on the ion mobility was also studied through the diffusion coefficients of I- and I3-.
