제목 Endolytic folic acid (FA) is synthesized with Endosomal releasing agent for effective drug delivery systems (DDS)
초록 Folic Acid (FA), which is one of targeting ligands, is often used for drug delivery systems (DDS) and for using FA, folate receptors (FR) are also studied because these receptors are overexpressed on tumor cells and their characteristic, which is combined with FA, can use in targeting delivery systems for delivery of genetic materials such as pDNA and siRNA. However, many studies make sure that the endosomal releasing is important in the DDS and they demand using the endosomal releasing agents. In this study, we have synthesized various endolytic FA with materials for endosomal releasing such as gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). Targeting drug and effective gene silencing have been verified in the green fluorescence protein (GFP) expressing KB cells.
