In drug delivery field, there are many types of synthetic aliphatic polyesters with good biodegradability and biocompatibility. Especially, Polylactide, Poly(e-caprolactone) and Poly(lactide-co-glycolide) are good drug delivery carriers and approved by FDA. However, because of there were semi-crystallization, low biodegradation rate, poor flexible property, the use of polymer is limited. For Overcome in this problem, we synthesized random copolymers MPEG-b-(PLLA-ran-PGA-ran-PCL) which is different compositions and types of monomer units give a range of materials with different mechanical and biodegradation properties. We prepared films by solvent casting method. Then, we observe in vivo drug behavior real-time using near-infrared (NIR). The amount of released drug was analyzed using a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Also evaluated that release the polymers provoke an in vivo inflammatory response. In conclusion, MPEG-PLGC films will be able to use on demand drug carrier. |
