Fabrication of Yolk-Shell Type Gold Nanorattles for Chemotherapy, Targeting, and Hyperthermia |
초록 |
This study presents Multifunctional Yolk/Shell Type Gold Nanorattles focused on targeting, chemo-Therapy, Hyperthermia to kill the tumor cells. Gold nanorattles have proven to be promising capsules in the area of drug delivery system. Active targeting, chemo-therapy, and hyperthermia have get the limelight to eliminate tumor cells effectively and minimize adverse effect. In this work, Folic acid(FA), the tumor specific targeting ligand, and gold nanorods (GNRs) which strongly absorb near-infrared (NIR) radiation and produce localized cytotoxic heat upon NIR irradiation are used in this nanorattles as the carrier of doxorubicin. It is expected that this particles can be used as hyperthermia to efficiently kill tumorigenic cells in the area of drug-delivery system. |
