Study on the high insulation functional resin and the manufacture method for textile coating |
| 초록 |
The manufacture of high insulation functional resin for textile coating from highly porous material was investigated. high insulation paste for lamination coating was prepared by mixing raw materials as follows: 50 – 80 mass % of PU(Poly urethane) as the main material, 0.1 – 10 mass % of highly porous material (Silica aerogel) as the function material, 5 – 10 mass % of additive material for viscosity control. Functional paste was further processed in a wet milling machine, which produced de-aired. This was then used for lamination in a coating machine. |
