제목 Surface Morphology of Polysulfone/Layered Silicate Nanocomposite
초록 Polysulfones have received attention to application as LCD substrate because they have advantages of excellent thermal stability and optical property. In this study, we have prepared nanocomposite by polysufone and organophilic layered silicates to improve gas barrier property. We found out change of surface morphology according to content of organophilic layered silicate. The haze property was improved over one-third time by containing 1wt% of layered silicate than that of bare polysulfone film. Polysulfone/layered silicate nanocomposite revealed to low RMS roughness until 5wt% content of organophilic layered silicate than that of bare polysulfone film in same film formation conditions. Their surface properties and morphologies were characterized by AFM, ESCA, XRD, TEM and contact angle analyzer. we will discuss relationship of interface between polysulfone and organophilic layered silicate.
