제목 | Perovskite Solar Cells with ZnO underlayer |
초록 | Perovskite Material(CH3NH3PbI3) is a promising alternatives to conventional dye and have been developed a few years ago. Perovskite solar cells has advantages including high absorption coefficient, low temperature process, a simple fabrication process, and a relatively high efficiency. Underlayer is role of hole blocking for prevent recombination at surface of TCO. Usually TiO2 was used. ZnO have better characteristics for HBL. |
