In this study, the epoxy resin/poly(ether imide) (PEI) composites were prepared from diglycidylether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and PEI polymers as the high heat resistance additives. The curing behavior and the thermal stability of composites were investigated by a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravity analysis (TGA), respectively. And the dynamic mechanical properties of the DGEBA/PEI composites were carried out by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). From which, the thermal and mechanical behaviors of the composites was significantly improved by the addition of PEI. |
