Purification of Phosphatidylcholine and Phosphatidylethanolamine |
| 초록 |
Important phospholipids, phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) can be extracted in high purity from crude soybean lecithin by ethanol and chloroform mixed solvent system. The optimal extraction condition was fixed by studying the composition of the extraction solution and ratio of solid to liquid. The purity and extraction yield of PC and PE in extracted lecithin was characterized by thin-layer chromatography and 31P NMR. The PC and PE were further purified by flash chromatography using chloroform/methanol as eluent, yield high purity of PC and PE respectively. |
