The Relationship of between Crystal Structure and Microsructure in Nanosized Metal Phthalocyanine |
초록 |
Nano-sized ε-type copper phthalocyanine (ε-CuPc) has been used as color filter material of liquid crystal display (LCD).It has a reddish hue, a high clearness and a high tinting strength as compared with other crystal form of CuPc. The size and form of crystal was changed by reaction method and milling type.In this study, CuPc crude was synthesized at low reaction temperature for various time.It was pulverized at various milling time with different size bead in various solvent.The properties of sample was analyzed by the means of XRD and TEM. |
