제목 Fabrication of biocompatible pH- and thermo- responsive block copolymers based on polypseudorotaxanes
초록 Thermo- and pH- responsive triblock copolymers based on 2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethyl methacrylate(MEO2MA) and oligo ethylene glycol methacrylate were synthesized by grafting from polypseudorotaxane (Br-PEG-Br/α-CD complex) macroinitiators using atom transfer radical polymerization. The resultant polymers with short OEG (oligo ethylene glycol) chains and terminal methoxy groups were used to evaluate their lower critical solution temperature (LCST) in water by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurement. The molecular weight and PDI of the triblock copolymers were measured by GPC and NMR spectroscopy as well as MALDI-TOF. The LCST value of macromolecules was easily tuned by changing the molar ratio of comonomer (MEO2MA/OEGMA). The LCST values could also be changed by polypseudorotaxanes block in triblock copolymer by changing the pH value. Therefore, these resulting macromolecules could find potential applications for biomaterial, drug delivery system and so on.
