제목 Planar CH3NH3PbI3-xClxperovskite hybrid solar cells with controlled morphology by heat-treatment 
초록 Organolead halide perovskite (RPbX3) have been used as good light-harvester because they have strong absorption coefficient, small exciton binding energy and solution processibility. Specially, the MAPbI3-xClx has a great attention because of longest carrier’s diffusion length. However, the MAPbI3-xClx is substantially fabricated through one-step process which tends to form island morphology during long-heat treatment. Therefore, such island morphology of MAPbI3-xClx causes serious recombination of charge carriers due to direct contact of electron and hole conductor. Accordingly, it is prerequisite to form dense MAPbI3-xClx thin-film. Here, we tried to obtain uniform layer of MAPbI3-xClx through the controlled heat-treatment process.
