Nano-scaled multilayer thin films for optical devices |
초록 |
This research focuses on the fabrication of novel multilayer thin films with unique optical properties employing molecular level assembly. Two different types of multilayer thin films with unique optical properties have been prepared by nano-scaled multilayer assembly technique and investigated as a nonlinear optical device and various optical sensors. For thin film nonlinear optical devices, second harmonic generation value was observed without any poling showing well-ordered chromophore. To fabricate thin film optical sensors for pH, metal ions and 2,4-dinitro toluene detection, The various fluorescent indicators were assembled in multilayer films and showed successful sensing properties. |
