Various P3HT based polymers were synthesized by combination of GRIM and ATRP. Among them, well-defined P3HT-PMMA block copolymers (PDI ＜ 1.2) were used for OTFT application by controlling their self-assembled morphologies, which gave selectively aligned charge transfer channels of the P3HT block segments. These block copolymers were also used as surface controllers between CNTs and PVDF due to strong interaction P3HT and PMMA for CNTs and PVDF, respectively. In addition to these 2D-controlled polymers, well-defined 3D controlled P3HT based star polymers were synthesized and compared their properties to those 2D-controlled polymers. |
