Preparation of Organogel/SWNT Nanocomposites Using Covalently Functionalized SWNTs |
| 초록 |
Organogel/SWNT nanocomposites were prepared by mixing organogelators with functionalized SWNTs in organic solvents. SWNTs were covalently functionalized with organic moieties having similar molecular structures to the organogelators. Dispersions of the functionalized SWNTs in the organogels prepared in decane and N,N-dimethylformamide were macroscopically homogenous. The morphologies of the nanocomposites were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). TEM study showed that the SWNTs were inside or on the surface of the organogel fibers. |
