| 제목 | Enantioselective synthesis of atenolol catalyzed by Heterobimetallic Co (III) salen complexes |
| 초록 | Synthesis of (S)-atenolol was achieved from kinetic resolution of epichlorohydrin with Butyl p-hydroxy acetate and hydrolytic kinetic resolution (HKR) of 1-[p- [(butoxycarbonyl) methyl] phenoxy]-2,3-epoxypropane catalyzed by heterobimetallic Co (III) salen complexes displayed excellent enantioselectivty and good yield (98% ee, 35% yield). Heterobimetallic Co (III) salen complexes are characterized by ESCA, EXFAS and ESI-MS analysis. |
