제목 Design and synthesis of highly efficient red-emitting Ir(III) complexes with light harvesting fuctional moieties for solution-processable phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes
초록 Here in, we have studied and synthesized three red-emitting Ir (III) complexes denoted as (EO-CVz-PhQ)2Ir(pic), (EO-CVz-PhQ)2Ir(pic-F.G(I)) and (EO-CVz-phQ)2Ir(pic-F.G(Ⅱ)) based on carbazole (CVz)-phenylquinoline (PhQ) as main ligand and functional group as ancillary ligands for light harvesting phosphorescent organic Light-emitting diodes (PhOLEDs). Their thermal, photophysical, electrochemical, and electroluminescent (EL) properties were studied. All Ir(III) complexes show deep-red emission with high quantum yield. In particular, Both Ir(III) complexes (EO-CVz-PhQ)2Ir(pic-F.G(I)), (EO-CVz-PhQ)2Ir(pic-F.G(Ⅱ)) has shown higher quantum yield than (EO-CVz-PhQ)2Ir(pic). When utilized these three complexes in high-performance solution-processable PhOLEDs, they delivered an excellent device performance.
