제목 Novel Green-Emissive Heteroleptic Ir(III) Complexes for Phosphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diodes with Multifunctional Ancillary Ligands
초록 Novel green-emissive heteroleptic Ir(III) complexes with solubilizing group were designed to enhance the solubility of complexes for solution processed phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PhOLEDs). Ir(3-CF3BNO-Pic-EtO) and Ir(3-CF3BNO-Prz-EtO) complexes were synthesized with picolonic acid and pyrazine as ancillary ligands, respectively. The thermal stabilities, photophysical properties, electrochemical behaviors and electroluminescence properties were systematically investigated. Highly efficient green PhOLEDs were fabricated using CBP as host and Ir(3-CF3BNO-Pic-EtO) as guest achieved a maximum external quantum efficiency of 25.44% and current efficiency of 87.46 cd A-1 with a turn-on voltage of 5.6 V. It showed a maximum electroluminescence of 523 nm with CIE coordinates (0.335, 0.615).
