제목 Photocatalytic Effect of TiO2 Nanoparticles on Room Temperature Sinterable Silver Nanoparticle Ink with Poly(N-Vinyl Pyrrolidone) Ligand
초록 Highly conductive silver (Ag) film on poly(ethtyene phthalate) (PET) substrate was prepared by using room temperature sinterable silver nanoparticle (AgNP) ink with TiO2 nanoparticles as photodecomposition catalyst. AgNP-40T ink with TiO2 nanoparticles (1 wt.-%) successfully produced Ag film with conductivity up to 5.2 % of bulk silver after ultraviolet (UV) irradiation for 1 hr. The photodecomposition of PVP ligands by TiO2 in the presence of UV irradiation might contribute to facile room temperature sintering of AgNP-40T ink.
