Environmentally-friendly plasticizers were used for poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC). Plasticizers are materials added during processing or polymerization to facilitate the processing of PVC and improve the performance of the final product. These plasticizers are used as an auxiliary material to complement the weakness of PVC and to improve its properties. In this study, we integrated environmentally friendly plasticizers to PVC to conduct a test on thermal, physical, rheological properties and morphologies. PVC/plasticizer was prepared by using a two roll-mill. Thermal, physical, rheological properties and morphologies of PVC/plasticizers were examined by using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), universal testing machine(UTM), Rheometer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). |
