Protein delivery has been actively studied last two decades. However, effective detection systems have various limitations caused by labeling techniques and sensitivities. In this study, we synthesized nitrilotriacetic acid(NTA) to polydiacetylene(PDA) lipid using simple organic synthesis method and tried to protein detection and delivery by nickel-chelation. Liposomes based on PDA could be constructed upon polymerization via ultraviolet irradiation by 1,4-addition with alternating ene-yne groups in a row. The polymerized liposomes have visible color transition through various environmental pertubations such as pH, heat, ligand-receptor interaction and then detected label-free fluorescence. PDA has been studying as biological sensor systems because it makes easy to detecting using simple equipments. |
