Antioxidation Effect of Chitosan with Allium chinense |

The study of Allium chinense with water-soluble chitosan was analysed by antioxidant activity test. This study was determined total polyphenol contents, DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS radical scavenging activity from Allium chinense with water-soluble chitosan. The total polyphenol compounds were showed to the highest at D.W. extract. DPPH radical scavenging of Allium chinense showed 53.48% at D.W. extract. ABTS radical scavenging of Allium chinense showed 17.95% at D.W. extract. The study was showed synergistic effect in ABTS radical scavenging activity. The result was 47.70% in D.W. extract. |
