Study of Polyviologen Derivatives Effect in Polymer Solar Cells as Cathode Buffer Layer Materials |
초록 |
The device performance increased by a modified dipole interface on the cathode buffer layer. This modification affected the strength of an interfacial dipole and made high and stable polymer solar cells. Selecting a suitable interfacial material is an important step, the interfacial material should be satisfied with some characteristics such as high electron affinity, low reduction potential and protic polar solvent soluble. In this study, we investigated the different type of counteranions on conjugated polymer electrolytes or polyelectrolytes based on a cationic polyviologen modified as a cathode buffer layer.
