제목 Stability of Waterborne Polyurethane/Clay Nanocomposite Dispersions
초록 The stability of WBPU/clay nanocomposite dispersions was studied on the basis of clay content, carboxyl acid salt group (DMPA content), solid content of dispersion and feeding method during preparation. The stability and shelf life of WBPU/clay nanocomposite dispersion was found to be lower than conventional WBPU dispersion. The stability and shelf life of WBPU/clay nanocomposite dispersion was decreased with increasing of clay content and solid content of dispersion. However, the stability and shelf life of dispersion was improved by increasing DMPA content and applying sonication during preparation.
