제목 pH-sensitive polymeric micelle of MPEG-poly(β-amino ester) block copolymer
초록 Poly (ethylene glycol) methyl ether(MPEG)-poly(β-amino ester) block copolymers were synthesized by Michael-type step polymerization and investigated for the construction of pH sensitive polymeric micelles (PM). The β-amino esters were used as a pH sensitive hydrophobic block while MPEG was used as a hydrophilic block. The structural properties were confirmed by 1H-NMR and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The pKb values of the pH sensitive polymers were measured by the titration method. The solution properties were studied by spectrophotometry, fluorescence, and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The critical micelle concentration (CMC) at pH 7.4 decreases from 0.30mg/ml to 0.002mg/ml with the number of methyl group in bisacrylate increasing from 4 to 10. The pH dependent micelle behaviors were varied within narrow pH region with the various bisacrylate esters. The results obtained from DLS showed that the micelles have an average size below 100nm. These pH sensitive polymeric micelles developed may be a good carrier for anticancer drug delivery.
