To treatment of gastrointestinal cancer, have been used drug eluting stents (DESs). DESs not only can locally treatment of gastrointestinal cancer via released anti-cancer drugs in DESs but also can treatment of occlusion of ducts via support of ducts by stenting. Hydrophilic drug have been used in DESs. But, hydrophilic drug remaining of the problem that it did not get dramatic treatment effect. Therefore, to increasing of theraputic effect to various lesions, was studied of enhancing drug penetration incorporate of penetration enhancer (PE). Those, using PE for effective treatment has been many studied, and many literatures contain reports various PE activity. In view of this point, we presume that PE incorporated hydrophili drug eluting stents facilitate to increasing therapeutic effects and increasing of the low therapeutic effect. |
