제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Polymethylhydrosiloxane/Fluoro methacrylate/Silica Hybrid Materials for Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Coating Applications.
초록 The new type of polymethylhydrosiloxane (PMHS) based hybrid material was successfully synthesized by mixing hexafluorobutylmethacrylate (HFMA) with tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) by sol-gel technique in three stages. The resultant hybrid films fabricated on the glass substrate by spin-coating method were transparent. The molecular structure, functional groups, and surface morphology of the hybrid materials were characterized by 1H-NMR, FTIR, and HRSEM. Their mechanical properties and hydrophobic/oleophobic characteristics were measured by pencil hardness test and drop shape analysis system, respectively. Writing and erasing test on the hybrid films were performed using water and oil based pens.
