제목 Silica nanoparticle Based Anti-Reflection Layer for Perovskite solar cells.
초록 A photovoltaic device, solar cells, is a solar-energy harvesting system to convert the photons to electricity. However, about 30% of the incident photons are lost in reflection on the surface of the solar cell. Therefore, the ability to capture incident photons is one of the key factors and minimizing the reflection is essential for making high performance solar cells. In this study, We produced anti-reflection layer (ARL) on the surface of the perovskite solar cell via solution processable one-step coating of silica nanoparticles. The ARL decreased the reflectance by controlling the refractive index, and the transmittance was increased. As a result, the efficiencies of perovskite solar cells were improved compared to based on conventional perovskite solar cells.
